Lied about getting the job done at designated time. Had to check-in alot and remind Jim of certain details (notches, etc.) When installed panels were not straight and poles were not level for closet. Communication was so bad I took a loss and hired someone else to finish. I hired Jim 4 years ago and did an excellent job, not sure what happened but did not have the same experience.

I have lived in Kennedy Highlands Apartments for seven years, and just moved to a townhouse in the same property. I can not say enough how responsive the property managers have been, how accommodating, friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond for their residents ( even changing the batteries in my thermostat when I didn't know how)! Everything is repaired or addressed in a timely manner.... can't be more impressed.
