Very disappointing and unethical business experience. We agreed to specific payment terms, but after receiving our payment, A&R Box backed out of the agreement and demanded additional funds before moving forward. We later learned they have unpaid obligations with vendors and apparently cannot place orders without paying in advance. They expected us to cover those obligations despite the terms we had already agreed to. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this company.
