Very professional. Nice people and great service
Bad customer service. Went in just looking for some boxes because I’m moving out. The lady at the office desk condescendingly answered the questions I had as if I was supposed to know their businesses’ system. She couldn’t even tell me what sizes they sold after I gave her a 20” range of what I was looking for saying “uhh well we sell a lot of different types of boxes”. Told her I’d take my business elsewhere and walked out 👎 customer service matters.
