Thumbs up for the work done by Andrew. He was very efficient, worked quietly and courteous , diffenitly would use his services again should anything happen.
I was very disappointed with the service I received. The technician who came to look at my washing machine was unprofessional from the start. He immediately expressed frustration that the machine had been moved to the garage, even though I had been waiting nearly two months for a repair appointment through Sears before A&R was assigned for repair. Awful customer service from the receptionist that makes your appointment all the way to the unprofessional unknowledgeable service man that they send. They looked at our dishwasher about 7 times and kept getting the wrong parts or fixing items that did not fix the actually problem. After many attempts they were never able to fix our dishwasher and refunded not a penny of our money. They also keep the $85 they charge to come out to give you an estimate. Most other repair services put that money towards the cost of the repair.
I had a good experience with A&R. The operator lady was super nice and up-to-date on my appointments. She reached out to schedule an appointment within 1 business day of me submitting the Lowe's warranty claim. Super easy to schedule a day that fit both our schedules for a tech to come out. The tech called me 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. The process to get my appliance repaired did take a while as they had to order the part. They were contracted to repair our dryer that was still on worrinty in early January and have not contacted me to tell me what is happening on the repair, and when I call them they are rude and totally have an attitude that they just don't care
