Richard came out right away, even though he was busy on that day. It was an emergency and he recognized our dilemma as such. Great attitude and service. Will be calling on him for any future needs.

The owner of the company did reach out to me after this review and refunded my money. Due to this effort, giving 3 star review. ---------------- This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house.
