Stay clear of this company, this company has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with. A contractor broke my Palladio window and then contracted this company to come replace it. I took them 3 weeks and like 20 calls to come take it out. Once they took it out they promised they would have it within 2 days. After a week and another 20 -30 calls (lost the count), they still haven't come to install it.
