Move in with a breeze everything was easy I even ever represented. I called a double check with everything and everything was correct. There was A1 A1 customer service and I love you guys so far y’all the best I’ve been to many storages I’m not gonna call them out, but they are not like y’all at all. Y’all are the bomb as I could. I would’ve gave you 1000 stars
This is a horrible facility now that 10 Federal has taken over. There is never anyone onsite and they raise rates without notice when they offer the same units online at 2 1/2 times LESS than what they charge you for them. If you do happen to get someone on the phone they are rude and tell you someone from "upper management" will contact you but no one ever calls. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
Fast easy affordable
Unit door was broken water damaged my furniture the unit had rats which got in through the hole in the door our furniture has rat urine and poop all over it clothes were destroyed no one will return my calls or answer the phone we paid 400 a month for the unit we had insurance it's sad that a company will treat customers like that
