The manager at this location does not answer the phone or return voicemails. I could not access my storage for months because my gate code was not working. I went to the office multiple times and there was nobody there. I would like to be contacted by corporate to further discuss the problems at this facility.
The young lady at the desk was very helpful and attentive.
