Tim was absolutely fantastic! I found myself in a bit of a bind needing a repair, and someone recommended him to me. He answered my call promptly and, within just 15 minutes, got back to me to confirm whether he could assist. Although we initially planned for him to come out the next day, Tim went above and beyond—understanding my urgent situation, he made it out the very same day! He was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future!
I called Tim and he called me back the same evening. Water leaking into my office on hardwood floors and a Woden desk. I did a patch , then Tim came out the next day to inspect and go his crew out to my house right away. Holidays and I was leaving soon, his crew came out and fixed my two roof valleys immediately. I can’t tell you how thankful for his service.
