We have used A Quality Pool Service to maintain our pool since they built it almost 30 years ago. Prior to hurricane Ian hitting Florida, we put several items in the pool to reduce the chance of flying debris. We did not have any major damage, but discovered that we were unable to get out pool brush out of the water. When our technician Jay came to perform our weekly service he saw the pool brush was in the water. I used this company for a repair and I was pleased with their honesty, competence and response time. I was prepared for a major expense; as it was, the technician dismantled pump and motor and diagnosed the problem to be far less serious than it appeared. And I was billed accordingly. Pretty refreshing to find a service company that doesn't take advantage of customers even though it would be hard to detect. Call 'em....

Our pool was serviced on 11-7-18. Ticket comment, “Great”. No other comments or notes. My husband noticed the water was low and filled the pool. This weeks service note on 11-15-18 comment was “happy Thanksgiving no service next week”. Again, no other comments. My husband just went and looked at the pool equipment because again, the water level was low. He noticed the breaker was off. I’m overly impressed with A-Quality. I’ve used their services for nearly 2.5 years. I had in issue come up with my pool recently and they came out within hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and even went as far as calling my pool pump company to help me with a part, within my warranty. They did not have to go the lengths they did to help resolve the problem. A-Quality continues to follow up. They also provide service to my community pool.
