Lonnie Goodman (Kerrville, TX) is apparently operating as A Quality One Professional Tree Service and as A Quality 1 Outdoor Service, but under whatever name he uses, the quality of his work is poor at best. I paid Lonnie $8,000 to clear ~ 2.5 acres of cedar, trim oaks spray the cuts to protect from Oak Wilt and fertilize the oaks. I rented and paid for a large chipper to chip the cuttings. A few years ago, I had Lonnie Goodman remove a limb from the tree in my front yard and he and his crew did a wonderful job. I wanted him to take care of the ball moss on that same tree. I paid him to fertilize the tree and spray for the ball moss. I continued to contact him about this issue and he assured me he would take care of it. Today, my tree is in terrible shape and have contacted another company to try and save my tree. Lonnie Goodman is only interested in getting money and doesn't honor his word.
