They were timely in responding to my repair needs given the timing re: New Year's holiday. Darek(sp?) & Jesus were very courteous & helpful. Repair cost was reasonable.
I originally called Sears they sent someone out after 2 no shows and then he didn't come back w the part. I called Quality Garage Door Deric sent Jesus the next day he worked hard to find the issue and in the end is getting me a whole new garage door opener covered by my insurance policy Thanks Quality Garage Door for the Awesome service.

Quality came out quickly and analyzed the problem. They worked efficiently and patiently. They encountered a couple of problems but stayed with it and finished the job. I highly recommend them!

Our door shot a wheel off and bent one of the brackets so my car was pretty much stuck in the garage. Quality Garage door was able to come out the next day well within the quoted window of time and quickly fix the problem. Our technician was knowledgeable and pointed out a few other issues with the door that will have to be handled later like the age of our springs. He also had dog treats which our pups loved. Great quick service! Would totally recommend.
