After 3 attempts by the nail tech I was as send home with awful nails. I showed inspiration picture and she was not even able to paint a simple design. She layered them too much and are still gooey. The shape is awful as well. Will not be returning

I have been coming to A and Q for years- maybe 10 or 12, and only recently have I realized how ridiculously spoiled I have become. A lot of travelling recently has pushed me to go to other nail salons around the country. Understanding the importance of skill and training for nails as difficult as mine, I scrupulously read the reviews of all the salons in each place and took a ‘spare no expense’ approach. I stopped in here because I was nearby and I wanted the acrylic on my nails taken off. Rather than soaking them for a while, even after I said something, the lady used nail clippers, cuticle trimmers, and an acrylic extension to pry them off. It caused me a lot of pain! And there are a couple nails that ended up bleeding because she was digging in with the cuticle trimmers so hard. My nails are now too short to do anything with and they look terrible. I sincerely doubt I'll be back for anything else.
