Just awful. I’m writing this as this is my 3rd time here in 3 days. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. BOTH chipped after one day. I went back the next day - they fixed it and were not kind or even apologetic about it. After they fixed it - it completely peeled off the next day? I never had gel that chipped after ONE day? I don’t believe that they actually use gel. Probably something else. Not worth the deal - take your money somewhere else.
This is my go-to neighborhood nail salon AND weekly deep tissue massage place. Yoyo is my massage therapist and she is epic. I'm a boxer and have a ton of muscle aches and she fixes me right up. The entire staff is so friendly and kind.
I really enjoyed the spa as it was very relaxing and the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable.
I get powder manicures which last forever… Previously my regular manicures elsewhere lasted only a few days and chipped. I am very happy with their services. They very nicely accommodate my physical disability.
Rude and awful service. They advertise regular mani & pedi for 45 but they change the price based on the color of nail polish you select. Additionally it says it includes 10 minute massage for hands and for feet... didnt get not even 1 minute massage on my hands or feet. The lady that does the register, could be the owner or the manager, is the worst. The entire experience was insulting... and regardless as a courtesy I added 15% which I shouldn't have given a penny and she has the AUDACITY if telling me that they get 18-20%... read more
