The service was amazing here! I’m very happy with my gel nails. The cost was very reasonable, would come here again :)
I am new moving in the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a cheaper place or a relaxing time do not come here I was done within an hour and a half for a mani pedi which is totally okay! But then the girl had the nerve to ask me for 20% tip…. on $142? For service that was worth closer to $115. Therefore they got excellence policy for free fixing back in one week for free. I don't remand this.
I have been to the same spa on the 23th street on 9th. The staff always kindly and there are very organized for the every consumer. Every time I come with my Mom and they got ready for us with soft jazz music. We enjoyed the manicure and pedicure. After the treatment finish I feel fully comfort. Also they got few massage chairs, you could asking for any service like 10 extra minutes for it. The perfect place worthy to come back for sure.
Highly recommend. I went to this spa before father day. They are very responsible to their phones if anything comes up, like us running frequences late for our appointment. They are always nice to face us. When we arriving they have occupied everything. Very clean place for relax.
I’m so glad I did! The customer service has been absolutely impeccable from start to finish. And It’s been a full week and my nails are still perfect — not a single rhinestone has fallen off! The quality of the work truly speaks for itself. I will definitely be returning and can say without a doubt that I’m a customer for life.
