I'm often hesitant about computer repair guys (we call them geeks, sorry if that's offensive) because they seem like they always know more than everyone around them.Not the guy that owns A Psyclone Computer though. He's extremely intelligent, yet has an excellent way of explaining exactly what's wrong on any level necessary - even to an old-timer like me. I'm a local business owner and lost my Quickbooks files. My antivirus was disabled and internet wasn't working either, so I took my computer to A Psychlone Computers because I used to have Red Rock Computers work on my stuff and A Psychlone Computers took over some time ago. Turns out that I had some trojans on there. After the computer was cleaned up, the tech guy helped me find my Quickbooks file and recover it to it's previously working state. All this was done in about 4 hours time. Same day service. Can't beat that!
Colby at A+ Psychlone is great. The turnaround for repairs is quick and thorough and he gives awesome knowledgeable advice. My husband and I highly recommend his services.

The computer shop that took over Red Rock Computers deals with viruses different than anyone else I've taken my computers to over the years. They guaranteed that my rig was free of viruses for 48 hours, so I purposely downloaded a known virus just to check, and they held up to their end of the deal for free. (sorry guys but I had to check) Other than that, they are extremely efficient and fast at getting the job done! I've never had service like this anywhere.
they arent kidding that they are the fastest computer repair place in cedar city! I took my laptop to them in the mornig and they had it back to me just after lunch. That was something like two and a half hours and they got rid of all the problems my laptop had
