I am a homeowner that uses this company to manage my property. I found them to be very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or concern. I appreciate that they can handle all of the maintenance needs on my rental and at a very good prices. I find that their rates are below any handyman service that I have called. I also like it how they keep me informed on precedent maintenance and etc. I would recommend this company.

I've never had any problems with the management as far as paying rent or contacting us for information, always very pleasant to work with.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I searched online for a good property management company and there are tons to choose from. I chose RPM-Results because they seemed like a big company with a nice website and I assumed they would give good service. They were so busy with all their clients that they did not have time for me.
