Don't use Take 5 car wash at any of their locations. You won't be able to cancel. They are charging me 2 subscriptions for one car and will not refund me. Why would someone buy 2 subscriptions for the same car? Thieves. The "link" they send you to cancel will not work and you won't be able to get anyone on the phone. I called 5 locations until I got someone to answer, since the automated option would not work. Just save yourself the frustration and go somewhere
Something needs to be adjusted because the entire top of my Ford Explorer didn’t even look like it went through the car wash. Even the back, front, and sides still had dirt on them that I had to wipe off with a towel to remove the dirt. I noticed that there is only one yellow bin for dirty towels. It was much more convenient when they were spaced out on each side of the vacuum area. And I miss having a station to spray off my floor mats.
