2 weeks, no diagnostic. – paid for diagnostic and dropped the computer off. after a week passed i decided to give them a call and i was put on hold for 10 minutes so i hung up. went down to the shop next week and demanded my computer back. I had to fight them for my diagnostic fee. so much for prompt haha. would have gave them 1 star but Best Buy is the absolute worst.
