Sasha is a very caring doctor and a lovely man who goes above and beyond.
Sasha and the Icon staff were outstanding in both care and treatment. Follow ups from Sasha were weekly, as was a meeting with a nurse. Nothing was too much trouble. I understand that we ar e dealing with the incidious desease of Cancer, and of course there are no guarantees, but I always found myself just wanting something to cling to, outside of living in the grey. We found A/Professor Sasha Senti extremely knowledgeable, competent and caring from our first meeting. A/P Sasha and all the staff at Icon Mulgrave were fantastic and kept us well informed.
From reception to the charge nurse and all the Radiololgy operating girls my 9 weeks of radiation treatment went as smoothly as one could hope for. I’m sure for many this is a daunting and worrying time but everyone from Icon made my time almost enjoyable to turn up each day with genuine greetings and some daily banter. I am now in the last week of my radiation therapy, and I can’t speak more highly of Sasha and the ICON team. His manner is exemplary- he explains everything in a clear, patient and friendly manner. And he proactively set up a weekly contact while also offering an ‘open door’ ( that was really open!) if you had any concerns. Everyone at ICON - reception, nurses and therapists - was friendly and helpful, and consistently enquired as to how you were feeling. And the whole process worked like clockwork.
