A Pro Home Inspections just saved me from a $395K nightmare house. It was marketed as and appeared to be a new build but the inspection revealed used materials, code violations and poor craftmanship. I don't leave google reviews, but this company deserves an A+ and I highly recommend you use them. They are honest and thorough.
