A Pro Home Inspections just saved me from a $395K nightmare house. It was marketed as and appeared to be a new build but the inspection revealed used materials, code violations and poor craftmanship. I don't leave google reviews, but this company deserves an A+ and I highly recommend you use them. They are honest and thorough.
This company was hired to do a Home Inspection for people buying our home. The inspectors’ (Damon) lack of knowledge and experience cost us the deal. They marked 3 windows in our home stating they had lost their seal and were fogged due to condensation being between the window panes. This was actually pollen that had accumulated on the exterior of the 3 windows. Once cleaned with Windex, they are now completely clear (I have photos of the before and after).
