We used A-Pro for a Bank Relo inspection, what a mistake that was. Inspector missed a major deck issue costing over $3,000 which cost us 1,700.00, we split the cost of repairs with the bank. The deck issues were clearly visible and never should have been missed. Anybody could see the deck board issues, ANYBODY. A-Pro would't take our phone calls, delayed responding to emails and could care less about taking care of issue at hand. If you use A-Pro expect to be on your own.
