So many things were missed on the inspection. Tim was nice and quick to respond but other than that this inspection greatly failed us. We got into a house that we were not prepared for because so much was missed on the inspection from fungus covering the entire outside of the property to drawers filled with sticky substances that not only require a deep professional clean, but some needing to be replaced.
