Thorough and efficient. Inspector was at the home early and had already inspected the exterior prior to the client's arrival.
Mr. Lawton missed a major defect on the home we purchased. When we saw the rotten beam about a month after purchase, the engineer assessing the structure was shocked that an inspector missed it. Time will tell what other defects were overlooked and the total cost of hiring this inspector.
