The biggest mistake I ever made. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They missed my furnace being under water at one time and hence, my furnace for my all gas house was condemed by Spire. Derek missed code violations in my basement, missed my rear door glass fractured prior to me moving in, and missed my roof which actually was not finished prior to me buying the house. Derek was professional and he did a very good job.
Senior Inspector Wigg's is extremely knowledgeable and provides a unique a home inspection. He also provides a free foundation level survey. This is very helpful and let's you know if house is settling properly. I will highly recommend A-Pro to any and all my family and friends.
