We have bought and sold 4 homes over the last 10 years and Chuck was hands down the most detailed and professional inspector we have ever hired. We were impressed by his professionalism, scope of knowledge, and patience with us as he walked us through every detail of our new home. Also he was very prepared to help us through various hurtles that buying a 100+ year old home entails. Also in the era of Covid-19 he followed every proper PPE protocol and was cognizant of social distancing etc. Cannot recommend him enough!
