I was at work, asked for an inspection full home got one, said was no live termite , missed it badly , wont offer any warranty after 2 days of moving in i was told he cannot do anything about it. offered other people to call for treatment. 120 day iron clad guarantee is a misleading play on words. Hope you look at other inspectors previous customers before paying 830.00 its not easy to throw away money. No stars if possible . Please shop and ask questions about inspector work not just the name of company sounds good.

We had our prospective home inspected by Brandon. I didn't show any major problems so we purchased the home. We had to renovate it because I am in a wheelchair. The 2 bathroom floors were completely destroyed and the kitchen at one point had a load bearing wall removed and none of this was reported before we made the purchase. Now I have to pay many thousands to get all of this repaired. I called several times and they said they would look into it but guess what, they did notihing. No stars from us.

Scott was great to work with: clear expertise, and also very friendly and personable. Inspected multiple properties--he never made me feel rushed, and took time to help me understand specific concerns. Drone photos on-demand was also cool, and genuinely helpful. Great value for sure, and would definitely call them again!

Brandon did an absolutely thorough job with the inspection and report. My buyer client and I attended the inspection, and he took time to explain what he was inspecting, what would be needed to remediate/maintain specific problem points, and costs associated with such. 100/10 would recommend.

The guarentee isnt real. We had roof problems and this company wouldnt back up their guarentee. Be aware of this company.
