Bryan did a great job. He was easy to talk to, happy to explain everything and give context, and extremely detailed in his report. I'd recommend him to anyone!
I work in real estate and development, so I've dealt with multiple inspectors over the years. Bryan was a referral from a realtor I trust, and I found Bryan to be even better than expected. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and patient in showing and explaining everything so that I could understand it. He was on time, professional, etc. I would definitely use him again!
No star. Worthless and very lacking in knowledge of the law and basic home care and structure. Anyone giving them a five star is foolish.
I called Bryan on a Monday and he was able to schedule an inspection on Tuesday morning. He was flexible with my schedule and showed up earlier so I could meet him to go over the report. He was very thorough and detailed and put us at ease as first time home-buyer about moving into this house. Would definitely recommend.
