Solely making this statement for my father since he’s not tech savvy. This was someone who cut his hair for years even as I was a child, but the way my father was treated after being a LONG time customer is very strange. I went to Dwight in March 2021 for honey colored highlights. When I went to the address his assistant gave me, I quickly found out that this was his private residence and not a salon. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt because we were in the middle of a pandemic. When I scheduled the appointment for 3pm, I let his assistant know I had a hard stop at 6, and I was ensured 3 hours would be plenty of time.
