Jamon was extremely through and his documentation proved it. He knows what to look for and how to simply explain his findings. You can tell he’s capable of going in depth if required, but my wife and I just needed to know of any yellow and red flags to bring to the builders attention. He found a big red flag and ~10 yellow flags. Definitely worth the tiny investment into our new home. When we move again in the next several years we will use Jamon! Also, we’re in Logan and he was willing to make the drive.

A Precise Home Inspection did an amazing job! They were incredibly thorough and quick to schedule. He used his drone to check out the roof and climbed into our attic. Luckily he found some things that needing fixing, even on a brand new build. We would definitely recommend him!
