Thorough inspection, and he has the report ready on the spot to go over everything in depth with you. Didn’t try to run up the bill with tests and told us when he thought a test might be unnecessary but that we still had the option. Offered to return for a test at a later date because he found things that would contradict our loan type. He didn’t want to charge us for a test that might not matter because we couldn’t purchase the house due to the loan requirements. Would recommend him and would use him again if needed.

Jamon did an incredibly thorough inspection on a home we have under contract. The pictures, the detailed explanations and the walk-through along with his perspectives on the most important items was very helpful.

Be careful if you call this company for a home inspection. They will set you an appointment and then no show! Then when you call to ask where they are they act stupid and blame there phone. Also they offered no solutions! If and only if you dare to use them, I am saying micro manage there schedule and follow up the day before so you don’t get stuck in my situation where you have a minimal closing time and due diligence and this company waste some of it ! Pissed and won’t ever call them again
