The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She didn't introduce the business when answering the phone and had an attitude when I asked if I was speaking with Precious Petal. I told her that was no way to greet a customer and she said there's been multiple telemarketers calling and she thought I might be one. Needless to say, I told her I would take my business to someone who would treat me with respect.

The flowers that arrived were not the flowers I ordered. I paid nearly $70 dollars for flowers I could have pulled out of the fridge at the local super market for $20. And judging from the demeanor of the lady that claimed to have created the 'arrangement', I would guess she knew that when she put it in the delivery van. I highly recommend choosing another florist.

I love all the flowers I've purchased from this flower shop. Mary always does more than expected . I've purchased flowers at other places , None have the quality and the friendly service as this one. Thankyou to you and your staff.
