Not only is the craftsmanship excellent but Lisa went out of her way to meet a tight timeline and went the extra mile to get the piece back to me beautifully restored. The most pleasant experience buying jewelery in my life! Lisa, the lady who helped me was beyond knowledgeable about the merchandise. This was the third store I tried to repair the clasp on my necklace and so I feel confident raving about the cost, quality & speed of the service. First store - $40; second store - $75 and send away to repair. Pot O Gold repaired on the spot for $25 with a smile on their face. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. THANK YOU!
