Fantastic experience with Aplus. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff walk you through figuring out what you need. Price was incredibly reasonable. They had it delivered and on my doorstep TWO DAYS LATER!! Just tested my water again and hardness levels are where they should be (and we have very hard water here in northern Indiana). Highly recommend Aplus Water LLC!!
Great service! Tony and Heather were great to deal with. They tested my water and had my softener in a week. I installed it with zero problems. Tony followed up with me a few days later and we were set. Great prices and service!!!
Had this tank, almost 6 years, had no problems until it started leaking talk to the manufacturer found out it's going to cost me $300.00 and some odd dollars to have this tank replaced on a 10 year warranty, not real happy with the situation, here are some pictures showing the leak.
I rely a lot on reviews to make informed decisions. My decision to go with A Plus was due to all the great reviews. So I must add on to this truth. Beyond exceptional customer service. They know their business and this gives consumers great value.
I was in need of a new softener & was doing my research. I called and my many questions were answered my a real person. I ended up going with the salesperson's recommendations, Shipping was fast and although I am not a plumber I was able to install it all with out any problems. I'm glad I ordered what was recommended because my water is a a lot better then before. They are not just a internet place. They have a location with real people. Thanks A Plus Water LLC.
