Hands down the best customer service and tech support I have encountered - for any product I have. My new Fleck 5600sxt is awesome.
A relic of past times, actual good customer service.
Fantastic experience with Aplus. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff walk you through figuring out what you need. Price was incredibly reasonable. They had it delivered and on my doorstep TWO DAYS LATER!! Just tested my water again and hardness levels are where they should be (and we have very hard water here in northern Indiana). Highly recommend Aplus Water LLC!!
Great service! Tony and Heather were great to deal with. They tested my water and had my softener in a week. I installed it with zero problems. Tony followed up with me a few days later and we were set. Great prices and service!!!
