I was in need of a new softener & was doing my research. I called and my many questions were answered my a real person. I ended up going with the salesperson's recommendations, Shipping was fast and although I am not a plumber I was able to install it all with out any problems. I'm glad I ordered what was recommended because my water is a a lot better then before. They are not just a internet place. They have a location with real people. Thanks A Plus Water LLC.
Zander was very helpful and knowledgeable for our UV System. He sold us the right system at a good price. I tried to buy three additional parts / pieces, and Zander explained that we need not purchase those parts due to our well water system setup. Great guy! Russ DeDonno
You will not find a business anywhere that has the kind of top notch customer care that A Plus Water has. I purchased a Fleck 5600 SXT water softener from them (via Amazon) several years ago. There are internal parts in these devices that just normally need to be replaced after several years. I had an issue so I called their 800 number and guess what? When I had to replace the water softener and iron filter system for my house in 2018 I bought the system through A Plus and I can honestly say that my experience with them has been absolutely fantastic. As the years have passed I have called them to get the correct setup for the system based on my well water levels and for general maintenance on the system.
