I have left three messages to get medical records and have not received one returned call. I have tried to speak with a supervisor and get a voicemail. Please call me. The clinic itself was very helpful, efficient and friendly when I was there. This is not about their medical service.This is about the follow up for records

May at the front desk was very helpful. She explained everything very well. The PA Katrina who saw me asked me some questions, listened carefully to my responses and proceeded to examine me based on my symptoms. She then prescribed me some antibiotics and some OTC products to treat my diagnosis. She was very thorough. Overall a great experience.
Great urgent care ! Been there twice fast & easy walk ins !! :) I’ve been here for a cold and stitches from a car accident !
