I have had nothing but positive interactions at this location. From the receptionist to the physician, all have been friendly, polite, professional and caring. My only regret is that they are no longer open on Saturdays. This is a wonderful service as we have limited health care (on a walk-in urgent care basis) in Fallbrook. This saves me from needing to use a hospital emergency room!!!
Is there a zero star rating? Good luck trying to talk to a human there is no urgency to this fare facility I'd rather go to Tijuana and I'm not mexican my advice run!!!!!
Professional staff. They will take time to hear your concerns. Solved my issue as soon as I came into see them.
He is the worst possible doctor ever, gives false positive drug tests when I was over at Norwalk community hospital and then yelled at me to get out and never come back. I hope he loses his medical license he is inhumane.
I wanted to share something with people who use urgent care. I’ve been calling my doctors at Rancho family medical for over two weeks with them simply to tell me I had a cold get over it. I went to Meta plus urgent care this morning at 10 o’clock. Every single person, the receptionist, the intake nurse and the PA were outstanding.
