Aplus came out to give me a diagnostic of my to 2 dryers $150.00+$400.00 fixed 1dryer he said needed a belt he'll be back once the part come in the other dryer he said it needed a thermostat, belt .he's said I needed to pay him that same day.I know I shouldn't have but I did.when he claimed everything was working the next time he came to fix the 2 dryer it was not working. He came out to fix our Viking stove. He spent all day and fixed all the issues. We will keep his card and call him when we need help with any of our appliances. He is highly recommended.
My oven died the week before Christmas with pans full of batter, ready to bake. I was able to bake them at a neighbor's but I despaired I'd get it repaired before the holiday. Todd & Nick came early in the time window, had it fixed in 40 minutes & I've been baking steadily since. I've already referred a friend to Aplus, and I'll call them again, no question. Worst experience I’ve ever had. He cam3 two times to repair our freezer and never resolved the issues and misdiagnosed everything and charged us over $1100. We brought in another service company and told us the real problem and report the company to the bbb and write a Google review.
