The absolute worst experience ever. After eight days, three visits and $400 I had to buy a new washing machine. I was told how he's been doing this 42yrs and saved my washer. Not even close. First trip was a one minute look and wrong assessment. Was told I should wash my clothes in a tub first. Had to hurry each time to get home. Never even offered to reimburse for anything. Wants money up front. $120 service call fee. Buy new or look somewhere else. Forced to put one star or wouldn't post.

I prayed for help and found A Plus Services. They were the only one available to come out. I had been without a refrigerator for two days.The others provided through the warranty could not get to me until after Thanksgiving or one said December. Ugh. But Todd did come out with his young apprentice. My appliance was not all about the "mother board and wiring" thus the fix was do-able. Todd was very kind and helpful with identifying the issue with our front load washer. As someone myself who doesn’t fix appliances, it can be rather frustrating not knowing what’s going on, or if it can be fixed. He was very thorough and explained everything to my mom. She gives APlus Services an “A++++”. She couldn’t say enough good things.From start to finish, this company was very helpful and kind. We definitely recommend!
I called Mary Joe in a rush last Friday because my refrigerator stopped cooling in both the fridge and freezer sections. It also stopped dispensing water and making ice. She was helpful and understood the urgency—especially since I had $400 worth of food inside and my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy, needs certain items kept cold.
