Todd was very kind and helpful with identifying the issue with our front load washer. As someone myself who doesn’t fix appliances, it can be rather frustrating not knowing what’s going on, or if it can be fixed. He was very thorough and explained everything to my mom. She gives APlus Services an “A++++”. She couldn’t say enough good things.From start to finish, this company was very helpful and kind. We definitely recommend!
I called Mary Joe in a rush last Friday because my refrigerator stopped cooling in both the fridge and freezer sections. It also stopped dispensing water and making ice. She was helpful and understood the urgency—especially since I had $400 worth of food inside and my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy, needs certain items kept cold. Oven igniter broke before a celebration and they came and fixed it on the next business day, chatted with me for a bit and was on his way. Extremely friendly, quick, prompt, and oven worked immediately. Thank you!

Aplus came out to give me a diagnostic of my to 2 dryers $150.00+$400.00 fixed 1dryer he said needed a belt he'll be back once the part come in the other dryer he said it needed a thermostat, belt .he's said I needed to pay him that same day.I know I shouldn't have but I did.when he claimed everything was working the next time he came to fix the 2 dryer it was not working.
