Total ripoff… Sent two guys for a one person job and the owner stood around yapping about himself and didn’t do anything. No replacement parts and charged $706. Do not hire these people.
They contacted me quickly. Sent a service technician within 2 days that fixed the problem quickly. Pricing is on board with everyone else but quick and polite.
S plus is a parts replace service ,first they charge you 120 dollars to come and evaluate your problem ,tell you in there expert opinion what the problem is and charge you full price on the spot ,then give you an appointment, a week later they bring part and leave ,ln my case it was not fixed so well maybe the part is defect if not you need another part that will cost more than a new unit guessing is there expert evaluation forget a plus find a more reputable service all they do is take your money the first day and forget ab... read more
The absolute worst experience ever. After eight days, three visits and $400 I had to buy a new washing machine. I was told how he's been doing this 42yrs and saved my washer. Not even close. First trip was a one minute look and wrong assessment. Was told I should wash my clothes in a tub first. Had to hurry each time to get home. Never even offered to reimburse for anything. Wants money up front. $120 service call fee. Buy new or look somewhere else. Forced to put one star or wouldn't post.
