The worst! Placed a service call for a Fisher Paykel dishwasher that was leaking from the underside and down the front of our top drawer dishwasher drawer causing the paint to bubble and crack on our custom made panel drawer front that is only 5 years old. Half hour in our home and an invoice later for over $700.00 only to have it stll leaking. I do not think that they are running a legitimate business. Todd spent less than 5 minutes looking at the washer, said that the lock was broken. As an engineer, I told him that it seemed like a control board issue. He told me that he has been doing this for 43 years and that it was the lock, he would order a new one, and come back to fix it. Charged me $380 upfront. Never called when the part came in to set up install, I had to call them. Came back with the part, spent 10 minutes “repairing” it, said it was fixed, and left. ... read more
Total ripoff… Sent two guys for a one person job and the owner stood around yapping about himself and didn’t do anything. No replacement parts and charged $706. Do not hire these people.
They contacted me quickly. Sent a service technician within 2 days that fixed the problem quickly. Pricing is on board with everyone else but quick and polite.
S plus is a parts replace service ,first they charge you 120 dollars to come and evaluate your problem ,tell you in there expert opinion what the problem is and charge you full price on the spot ,then give you an appointment, a week later they bring part and leave ,ln my case it was not fixed so well maybe the part is defect if not you need another part that will cost more than a new unit guessing is there expert evaluation forget a plus find a more reputable service all they do is take your money the first day and forget ab... read more
