Clean storage rooms and reasonable rates..
After 3 months of renting there my unit was "broken into" but miraculously the thieves put what they didn't want back in the unit an closed the door. The unit door was changed without our knowledge. The manager "discovered" on Thursday my unit had been tampered with. I wasn't notified at all. When I went to pay my bill the following Monday. After I handed my payment over is when she finally mentioned that my unit had been broken into. I fully believe that it was an inside job.
