I can’t believe how amazing this place was for us! I had originally reserved a U-Haul out of Marksville but my reservation was moved to Bunkie without my knowledge and since I had reservations for a storage unit here, they actually had a truck to rent us, albeit bigger than the one I had planned to rent. The long and short of it is Cindy waited for us to come in from Marksville since my original reservation had been moved and the facility was closed she was pressed for time but went over everything we needed to know. Very nice people
So far this place has been great. The customer service beats all. The facility is good quality, no complaints at all. I like that both sites are gated. None of my stuff has gotten wet (it has rained nearly every day this summer) and i don’t have to worry about creepy crawly things in my storage.
