Like most storage places, they hook you with a low rental number, then it goes up. As well, they have no one on site and auto pay isn't an option. You can pay electronically BUT they charge added fees so no to that! Unfortunately, there are times, personally, when getting to the unit on a timely basis to drop off the monthly payment has been challenged. A Plus Storage has worked out well for me. I needed a place to store my things and the process of getting my storage unit set up was quick and easy. Paying online is an easy process as well. I haven't had anything to complain about so far. Great experience.
