Great customer service and easy to rent unit as a new customer
Like most storage places, they hook you with a low rental number, then it goes up. As well, they have no one on site and auto pay isn't an option. You can pay electronically BUT they charge added fees so no to that! Unfortunately, there are times, personally, when getting to the unit on a timely basis to drop off the monthly payment has been challenged.
