Called to ask for an abandoned vehicle to be towed off of private property and would explained that we would pay for the bill out of pocket, but needed it removed. He asked if we had the title and said he wouldn't take it without a title. I started to tell him that we had the sheriff's out to help with this as well and he interrupted me and said "let them deal with it then".
