This was one of the time.. You know how it looks like to stay in WY in need for help, well this service guy is Batman! Thanks a lot for great service. Everything was on time as we spoke and we solved the problem in less than 2h in total. Also price was very fair !
We broke down on the interstate with our RV. Called Walt and he promptly came out to help us. Towed us back to Sheridan and we were able to leave the RV on his lot. We returned to the shop in the morning and he spent a couple of hours trying to find a mechanic who could get us on the road again! By far the best towing experience we have ever had! Walt was absolutely so helpful, so friendly and so willing to help us! Thank you Walt!! If we ever break down again, we hope it's close to Sheridan!! The very best!!

We broke down in Montana, over 30 miles from Sheridan. I am an elderly woman and had my grandson with me. We were greatly relieved to find this accommodating and professional service that came so far to pick us up. The owner was very kind and we felt so safe when he delivered our car and us to a repair shop.
