Gentlemen came from A Plus to repair our AC very professional and helpful. Repaired our Ac and let us know if we had questions or concerns just to contact him excellent work and a great job done
Sure Chris is friendly up front, but after canceling 1 appointment at the last minute (due to "truck issues") & then never getting back to me, I had to chase him down. He expressed apologies at first then gave me a promise to call me back (again)..after 5 hours, all I got was nothing. So I gave him 1 more call back & when asked if he doesn't want my business, I can get another vendor listed in the yellow pages..his reply, "sure go ahead, that's fine" & hung up. If I treated my customers like that, I'd be out of business real... read more

Very Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Have already recommended to close family and friends!
Washer broke, he was here the next day. Took him all of about 1 minute to figure out what was wrong and about 5 minutes to repair. Great service!!
