Definitely wouldn't recommend, the staff is friendly but that only gets you so far when your company is price gouging. Had the smallest unit available and keep getting hit with price increases, last time I went they said I owed 214$ for one months rent it was like 86$ before that so idk where the over 2x increase came from... Never been late on a payment or anything. Definitely made no sense and seemed extremely fishy. Don't know how the locals can afford to store anything there.wont be back
I have updated and changed my review, due to the change of management since the last review I made. The last several times I've had contact with the new manager, she has been very pleasant and helpful when I've made inquiries there. (A very big step up from the last manager there, he just wasn't into customer service or returning calls). There is only one other storage place in Cave Junction, and "A Plus Self Storage" is a better pick, than the other place that doesn't even deserve their business name mentioned.
