Darrin, Did a great job of researching and hopefully correcting the leak problem with a vent in on roof. The original roofers did not cover the vent properly but Darrin found the issue and put sealant on the nail heads. Nice guy and very easy to work with. APlus is a first class outfit.
Amazing customer service and honesty. I have a small roof leak and emailed A+ at 11pm. Darrin called the next morning and came to the house 1st thing and inspected the area. He even did a water test with me so we could identify where the leak was as he said the roof looked good. He spent about an hour with me and we were able to identify the area. Hats off to APlus roofing! We had a small leak in our tiny home metal roof and they were on site within 24 hours. Darrin was able to quickly identify the problem, repaired and tested before leaving. My only regret is that I didn't call APlus first.
Darrin came out to assess a roofing issue on a remodel section of our home. His professionalism and knowledge was very refreshing. Darrin identified the problem and gave us a resolution. I am very pleased with this company and will gladly spread the word.
