Highly recommend A-Plus for way more than just roofing (which they also did very well!)! Once their team got started on each of my projects, they worked very fast and had things done -- and done well -- in less time than I anticipated. The porch they built for me is even better than I imagined it and I couldn't be happier. Should you hire this company? Short answer is NO if you are trying to keep your metal roof in good condition. A Plus Roofing… more like A Plus Goofing. Summer 2019 I hired them to do a simple job. Coat my metal roof with Aluminum coating. They did not complete the job correctly. The job was done so poorly they offered to come back out and redo it after seeing it. A few years ago, Howard and his team replaced my roof. They did a wonderful job. A few months ago, when I noticed my skylight leaking, I called them. Again, they did an excellent job. They were professional and organized in their work, and clear and proactive when communicating. And all for a good price. A few days ago, I realized I needed new gutters. So, I called A-Plus. I can’t recommend A Plus Roofing enough! From the very first time I reached out, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with—he walked me through each step, made the process stress-free, and truly went above and beyond. His customer service is top-notch, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Working with him made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and seamless. Everyone was professional and the price was unmatched!
One of the most professional companies I have ever encountered. Howard prepared the initial roof estimate and Humberto made the necessary repairs which his inspection found were necessary. Both gentlemen were courteous and refreshingly honest. My final cost was quite fair and less than expected. Excellent experience.
