Leasing our home with AJ and his team has been a pleasure. All home repairs are handled in a timely manner and anyone sent to the home for any type of service are always friendly and professional.
AJ and his group are the BEST IN TOWN. We have several rentals and have gone through it with management companies. THEN I stumbled upon AJ. omg, what a difference. He will show you what GOOD management really means. They are RESPONSIVE to both me and my tenants, they keep my rentals occupied, their financial statements are transparent, simple, on time. He will make your life easier both as a tenant and a landlord!
