Multiple emails and phone calls to stop automatic payments for HOA fees for a condominium that I no longer own have gone unanswered. These people are horrible to deal with.
A-plus has gone above and beyond for the Villa's of West Ashley. If we are in a pinch they jump in and help. They are timely on payments to the businesses that serve us; they are friendly and have suggested a better alternative when we have asked for assistance. By far they are the best management company that we have had and I highly recommend them.
As of 2018, A Plus was conducting business without a Business License. Beyond their failure to meet that basic requirement they are unhelpful, standoffish, and unprofessional.
