Purchased product on line. Needed warranty service from this "authorized dealer". First said will take 4 months. Next person reluctantly said he`d look at it, but might be a charge for labor. I`ve used this item approximately 30 minutes when it broke. Worthless warranty. At least with this company. Fixed it myself. Hopefully that won`t void the warranty. {sarcasm}
They only do cash work even though husqvarna says they are a company who services for them . Not at all friendly . Wouldn't stop to help them if they need it . Some companies go under for that kind of service. A giant ZERO stars if it would let me .
If I could give 0 stars I would! I do not normally write reviews but the rudeness of this place was so abundant it is amazing they are still in business! I went in this morning with the part in hand that I needed to be replaced (Kohler engine ignition). Now mind you I already did my research and found the part I needed on Amazon but I thought I would support local! He kept repeating that he needed a model and serial number of the lawn mower that it came off of. I tried to explain it was not off of a lawn mower... and he woul... read more
They had a hard to find part i needed. Spoke to them and agreed to pick it up on Saturday. Keep in mind i live in the sticks with a 1.5 hour turn around and they just decided not to show up. Cool cool cool.
Do not do business with this company they will tell you one price on the phone and charge you three times when you get in there. Went to Harry's lawn and power equipment great customer service half the cost.
