T honestly does a very good nails and eyebrows/eyelashes, Dan was a pro in what he does best the nails, and I think that sometimes it is the pressure from their work. They deserve 4 stars however, I think charges also depends on what you choose to do, it can be a bit pricey though, like I said earlier it all depends on what you choose to do.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. No customer service whatsoever. I went in to get eyebrows done, waited for 30 minutes. Kept being told 15 minutes, and then only to keep on waiting for longer. The blue haired lady doesn’t have no customer service manners, she is rude and has zero concept of time management!! Horrible at least be honest and say how many customers you have beforehand instead of making people wait!!!

The staff is so friendly I been coming for years and never had a problem with anyone.
