I am deeply dissatisfied with the service levels, professionalism, and overall quality of service provided by this company. I strongly advise against hiring or engaging with their services. Firstly, scheduling the repair took an excessive amount of time and coordination. Secondly, during the repair process, the technicians inadvertently caused further damage and leaks in my residence, despite their assurances of rectification. We started using A+ Plumbing from Gustine in 2019. My brother passed away, nieces were trying to resolve issues with his house in order to sell, A+ was recommended and they came out to fix a water heater venting issue. They were super supportive, very helpful and frankly very nice people. I've called them for any plumbing issue since then. Great customer service . I HIGHLY recommend this company they go way and beyond to help you. I had a new water heater installed & the price was VERY affordable . The service was absolutely 💯 on point.
