I am extremely disappointed with how this pediatrician’s office handled my child’s appointment. I called 30 minutes beforehand to explain that I was stuck in standstill traffic and was unsure when I would arrive. The call center representative assured me that I had a 20-minute grace period before the appointment would be canceled. After sitting in traffic for an hour and 45 minutes, I arrived only 15 minutes late within the timeframe I was given.
