Mike is the best hands down. I’m not sure the older gentleman’s name but he gives the best pedis and his leg massages are great!
I was not greeted with any warmth whatsoever. The nail techs were busy on their phones since there were no customers. The man who did my nails never made eye contact, except to express his inconvenience for even having a customer. His work was horrific. The gel polish was bumpy like oatmeal! The music was Asain pop/rap, which may be fine for some, but I think we are trying to relax and the music certainly didn’t help. Catering to customers needs is essential for a business to thrive.
Went for 2 years ...Mike was great....now they've sold and the new place doesn't do acrylic nails? What the HECK.... HOW CAN YOU BE A NAIL SALON AND NOT DO BALANCES FOR ACRYLIC NAILS?? What's the craziest thing I've heard so now I have to find a new place 🙄☹️
It cost $70 to get an acrylic fill with gel polish. The fill was lumpy, and the shapes of the tips were kind of varied. Everyone was nice, but there are other places in the same area with better pricing and results.
**Update** 8/8/25 ….. so still issues with pricing their prices keep going up for the same service…. I typically see Kim every 2 weeks for a classic pedicure with gel polish and I always leave at least a $10 tip… well the last time I click my $10 tip and my total was OVER $80!!! It’s ridiculous at this point and I’ve stayed loyal to this place because I didn’t want to bother with trying to find somewhere new… but it may be time to start looking for somewhere new… $80+ for a classic pedicure with gel polish is crazy… Love thi... read more
