Lady was uptight and rude. And mood shifted when I corrected her on painting wrong color on one finger and seemed after that she gave me poor service it felt like abuse she then did a rush half ass job.
They were so rude, instead of being welcomed in I got asked in an angry tone “what do you want?” when I first came in. Took three staff to do my nails, just for them to be round and they made them turn yellow? Just for it to almost be 100$ Never coming back.
costumer service was not great. i had a women doing my nails but i just asked for a simple acrylic nail set with a solid colour. she took over an hour and a half. and she had another guy step in and do it which I thought was weird. i did not end up tipping at all and I’m not coming back.
Prices are reasonable. Staff aren’t chatty but I’ve loved every pedicure I’ve had here
