My wife got her pedicure done here, and unfortunately, the woman who did it was extremely unprofessional. She was laughing at my wife and speaking to her coworkers in another language in a way that made her feel like she was being mocked. It’s a shame because we just moved nearby, and my wife was hoping this could become her regular nail salon. After this experience, they’ve lost what could have been a loyal, returning customer. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
This was my FIRST time at this salon, and it will also be my LAST. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. During my pedicure, the technician repeatedly laughed and made comments to her coworkers in another language about the length of my toenails. At one point, she even grabbed my foot and showed it to a male coworker while laughing. He looked at my foot, looked at me, and asked if I had been there before.
